Welcome to Everydiam. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Everydiam's website and associated B2B digital platforms and sales applications.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Everydiam and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights for material, data, software, imagery, and text hosted on Everydiam. All rights are reserved.

• You must not republish, scrape, or extract material or live inventory feeds.
• You must not sell, rent, lease, or sub-license inventory data.
• You must not reproduce or copy proprietary material for commercial distribution.
• You must not redistribute content unless specifically made for redistribution.

2. User Accounts and Corporate Registration

Everydiam operates primarily as a Business-to-Business (B2B) platform. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities conducted through their accounts.

We reserve the right to verify credentials, terminate accounts, remove content, and cancel orders or inventory holds at our sole discretion.

3. Products, Live Feeds, and Pricing Accuracy

Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate specifications and imagery, but we do not guarantee that all descriptions or grading information are completely error-free.

Live Inventory & Feed Latency Disclaimer: Due to real-time inventory synchronization, items may occasionally display incorrect pricing or availability. Everydiam reserves the right to amend, refuse, or cancel transactions involving such discrepancies.

4. Shipping, Logistics, and International Delivery

Shipping schedules, logistics, and insurance costs are coordinated upon order confirmation. Everydiam is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs procedures, or airport transit holds.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Custom Orders

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the merchandise remains unused, unaltered, accompanied by original certificates, and in original condition.

Exemptions: Custom jewelry, tailored diamond settings, sealed parcels, and certain specialized inventory items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

Everydiam and its officers, directors, employees, and stakeholders shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the website, applications, or inventory data feeds.

7. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Ramat Gan or Tel Aviv, Israel.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Everydiam reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website and applications constitutes acceptance of any updates.
